Yet, amidst this dynamic landscape, one resounding truth echoes through every gym, studio, and sports arena: we all start with day one.

For many, myself included, day one isn’t a singular event but rather a series of new beginnings. Each endeavor into health and fitness is imbued with vulnerability, as we step outside our comfort zones in pursuit of personal growth. In this pursuit, acceptance becomes the cornerstone upon which our fitness journey thrives or withers.

In an ideal world, every individual stepping into a gym or trying a new sport would be greeted with open arms and devoid of judgment.
