Health and wellness are deeply personal journeys, yet they are rarely meant to be walked alone.
True well-being comes not just from taking care of our bodies but from surrounding ourselves with people who uplift, inspire, and challenge us to grow. This is why events like the 3rd AlltogetHer gathering are so important—they bring together strong, purpose-driven women to share wisdom, create connections, and build a healthier, more empowered community.

For me, this event holds even greater significance because of my dear friend Hailey Lotz, Executive Director of Alumni and Athletics at Pensacola State College (PSC). Her story is one of resilience, strength, and unwavering determination. Regardless of what challenges she faced or faces, she continues to rise, using her experiences to empower others.
Hailey’s journey reminds us that wellness is not just about physical health but about emotional and mental fortitude, about finding purpose, and about allowing struggle to transform us into stronger, more compassionate individuals.
The AlltogetHer event, hosted by the remarkable legacy leader Carol Carlan, is designed for women to connect, learn, and grow together. It offers an opportunity to engage in meaningful conversations led by influenceHERS—established professionals who have paved the way in their respective fields.
To Hailey—you are the embodiment of what this event represents. Your strength is not just your own. It ripples out, touching the lives of everyone around you. You inspire me to be better, to keep striving, and to embrace life’s challenges with grace and determination.
To every woman seeking connection, inspiration, and a renewed sense of purpose—this is an event you don’t want to miss.
Any time we can come together, share our stories, and continue building a legacy of strength, wellness, and empowerment, we should count ourselves in!
*Congratulations to PSC and Carol Carlan as she established a Legacy Leadership Endowed Scholarship! This scholarship is already impacting students right now. Carol is giving HOPE to so many!
