The development will feature a mix of luxury apartments and townhomes, offering a total of 591 beds, 540 full baths, and 210 half baths. Residents will enjoy a range of amenities, including walking trails, ponds, a playground, saltwater pools with outdoor barbecue and grilling stations, co-working spaces, two gyms (including a three-level commercial-grade fitness facility), dog parks, and retail spaces—including a soon-to-open gourmet grocery store and fuel & car wash station—along with the Montessori Kids Universe Early Childhood Educational Center. Additionally, The 52 World’s outdoor sculpture museum, Living Art Museum, features sculptures from world-renowned artists, and acts as a cultural hub, offering unique programming that makes art accessible to both residents and the public.
