Pensacola Rowing Club and Pensacola Parks and Recreation Department partnered up to provide a free Adult and Junior Learn-to-Row class on Saturday, April 1st at Bayview Park.
Pensacola Rowing Club is a member-driven organization existing to help our community to experience and excel through the sport of rowing. Their goal is to develop the qualities of teamwork, integrity, leadership, and self-discipline in people of all backgrounds while instilling a lifelong love for rowing.
The Learn-to-Row classes offer a look into the sport of rowing before the 4-week spring classes begin.
Adult Learn-to-Row:
Saturday, April 1 – 8:00-12:00 am
Cost of Learn-to-Row: Free
4 weeks of classes to begin soon after-
Cost of Classes: $200
Location: Bayview Park
Adult Rowing Lessons:
Learn the basics of Sweep Rowing in an 8 person rowing shell and Sculling in a 4 person rowing shell. By the end of the 8 sessions, you will be able to join our experienced members in weekly open-rowing.
The $200 fee includes:
8 classes / PRC T-shirt / Current Quarter Membership
