East Hill’s 2023 Bands on the Bayou Concert series continues this Saturday, July 22 at Bayview Park. If you haven’t been to one of these concerts, you have got to check this one out.

With the incredible recent updates to the park and its Community Center, Bayview Park is inviting, covered with natural shade, and welcomes a built-in breeze off the Bayou to keep you cool on those summer nights. 

Add Ben Loftin & The Family to the mix and you’ve got a perfect way to spend your evening this upcoming Saturday. Check out the details below! 

WHAT: Presented by East Hill Neighborhood Association, the second  Donations from the concert series benefit six local nonprofits, two of which – Bluffline and From the Ground Up Community Garden – will be featured at the July 22nd concert.

WHERE: Bayview Park & Community Center, 2001 E Lloyd St, Pensacola, FL

Join local band Ben Loftin & The Family will play on the 2023 Bands on the Bayou concert stage, starting at 6:30 pm at the Bayview Park & Community Center. Now in its third year, the Bands on the Bayou concert series brings the Pensacola community together for a free concert with all proceeds from sponsors going to support six local nonprofit organizations. 

Hundreds of concertgoers will enjoy the free show from Bayview’s lawn on their own blankets, chairs, golf carts, or boats anchored in Bayou Texar. Local food vendors and other family-friendly activities will also be onsite. Bands on the Bayou is completely free and open to the public thanks to the concert’s premier sponsor East Hill Automotive and over 15 additional local businesses. 

Money raised by Bands on the Bayou benefits six local non-profits: AMI Kids, Bluffline,  BFA (formerly Bream Fishermen’s Association), Chain Reaction, From the Ground Up Community Garden, and Valerie’s House. ABOUT BANDS ON THE BAYOU

Bands on the Bayou is a three-part concert series, presented by the East Hill Neighborhood Association. The mission of Bands on the Bayou is to bring East Hill residents together and support local non-profit organizations through a community-centric outdoor concert series. Bring your chairs, picnic blanket, family & friends by car, bike, or boat to enjoy the show. Food Truck and pop-up vendors and other family-friendly activities will also be onsite to enjoy. While this event is completely free and open to the public, we will be accepting donations, with all proceeds benefiting our selected non-profits.
