Saltmarsh, Cleaveland & Gund, one of the region’s leading CPA and consulting firms with offices in Pensacola, Destin, Tampa, Orlando and Nashville, is pleased to announce that Jen Mostert, CPA, has been named Chief Financial Officer effective October 6, 2022.
As CFO, Mostert will oversee all areas of the accounting and finance functions of the firm, including managing budgeting, reporting and financial analysis.
Mostert’s experience spans multiple industries and businesses. She’s spent the past several years at Andrews Research & Education Foundation. As Executive Director there, she played a key role in operations of the non-profit medical research and education organization. Mostert also served as Andrews’ Finance Director where she provided financial oversight and strategy, and developed and implemented accounting processes, controls, policies and procedures.
Mostert is no stranger to the Saltmarsh team; she began her accounting career in 2009 at the firm where she served as a manager within the firm’s Audit and Assurance practice. In that role, she led teams performing financial statement audits and other assurance services in several industries, including government, non-profit, healthcare, construction and manufacturing.

Mostert graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in Professional Accountancy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and rescue dog.
