City Parks and Recreation Gulf Coast Running Club, G.O.A.T. Farm, will advance to AAU Junior Olympics following their performance in the 2021 AAU Track and Field Region Nine Qualifier Meet that took place in Tallahassee, Florida, Wednesday, June 23 through Sunday, June 27.

Individual and team performances:
- Aariyana Williams broke the 15/16-year-old Girls division 400-meter club record with a meet-winning time of 56.78 seconds, earning her first place. Williams came in fourth place in the 15/16-year-old Girls 200-meter dash division.
- Kayden Engel earned the first place title in the 15/16-year-old Girls 400-meter hurdle race with a time of 1 minute, 11.99 seconds. Engel placed third in the high jump events.
- Dylanie Charlery placed third in the 17/18-year-old Girls 800-meter race with a time of 2 minutes, 37.73 seconds and came in second place for the 17/18-year-old Girls 1500-meter race with a time of 5 minutes, 53.98 seconds.
- Olivia Fulford finished in fifth place with 29 feet, 2 inches in the 17/18-year-old Girls triple jump and fourth place in the 17/18-year-old Girls high jump with 4 feet, 5.94 inches.
- Girls athletes, Aariyana Williams, Kayden Engel, Jayla Rudolph, and Sierra Brooks came in first place for the 15/16-year-old Girls division 4×400-meter relay.
- Quentyn Sellers came in first place in the 17/18-year-old Boys 1500-meter race division. Sellers’ time of 4 minutes, 25.00 seconds was a 9-second personal. Sellers placed second in the 800-meter run with a time of 2 minutes, 3.84 seconds.
- Jameson Tubbs placed third in the 15/16-year-old Boys 3000-meter race with a time of 10 minutes, 12.28 seconds.
- Jamari Harris completed the 17/18-year-old Boys 400-meter race with a time of 52.70 seconds, earning him third place.
- Damonte Williams finished the 17/18-year-old Boys 800-meter race in fourth place with a time of 2 minutes, 4.33 seconds.
- Boys athletes Quentyn Sellers, Damonte Williams, Chrishaun Terrell, and Jamari Harris finished the 17/18-year-old Boys 4×1600-meter relay team in second place.
Twelve of the team’s student-athletes will compete in the AAU Junior Olympics beginning Aug. 2 in Humble, Texas.
