Calla Phillips

Calla Phillips has loved stories since she could read. Being a part of a military family with ten moves under her belt, she had the opportunity to immerse herself in different cultures and communities across America; now, having lived in Pensacola for five years, Calla is showcasing her love for Pensacola through her writing. To cultivate her love for writing, Calla is pursuing a Master’s Degree in English at UWF, the same university from which she recently obtained her bachelor’s degree. When she isn’t typing away on a laptop or scribbling in a notebook, you can find Calla among the metalheads and indie-rockers at some local concert, scouring Pensacola’s many vintage shops and markets, or propped up with a book at a coffee shop.
