East Hill Makers Market Kicks Off Fall Series With a Spooktacular Evening at Cordova Square

East Hill is getting into the Halloween spirit a few weeks early. The East Hill Neighborhood Association will host its Makers Market Spooktacular on Tuesday, October 6, from 3 to 6 p.m. at Cordova Square Park, 1101 N. 12th Ave., launching a three-part Fall Makers Market series that runs through December.

The Spooktacular brings together more than 40 local artisans alongside food trucks, live music, kids activities and a photo booth. Costumes are encouraged for all ages, making this an easy after-school outing for families and a fun excuse to shop local before the holiday rush. Like all East Hill Neighborhood Association events, the market is free and open to the public.

A Seasonal Series Through December

Each market in the fall series carries its own seasonal theme, designed to draw neighbors out and put the spotlight on the goods made by registered vendors:

  • October 6, 3 to 6 p.m.: Spooktacular Market
  • November 3, 3 to 6 p.m.: Fall Fun Harvest Market and Manna Food Pantry Drive
  • December 1, 3 to 6 p.m.: Holiday Makers Market

The November market will double as a food drive benefiting Manna Food Pantries, so attendees can shop local and give back in the same trip. The December market wraps up the series just in time for holiday gift shopping.

Vendor Spots Still Available

Vendor registration remains open for the fall series. Makers and small businesses interested in participating can sign up and find additional details at myeasthill.org/market.
