Frisky Mermaid Dolphin Cruises & Pontoon Boat Rentals, recently recognized as the Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce’s 2026 Business of the Year, is making another splash with the launch of its newest vessel, Frisky Dolphin, whose maiden voyage began July 1.
The addition marks the ninth vessel in the company’s growing fleet and represents a significant investment in the future of Pensacola Beach tourism.
At 52 feet long, Frisky Dolphin accommodates 75 passengers and features a spacious interior cabin, onboard restroom, and expansive open upper observation deck designed for panoramic views of Pensacola Bay and the Gulf Islands National Seashore.
Frisky Dolphin’s arrival increases the company’s inspected passenger capacity to 165 guests at one time, helping meet growing demand from families, reunions, school groups, military families, conventions and visitors to experience Pensacola Beach together.
Inspired by the company’s signature whimsical coastal brand, the vessel features a mermaid-inspired interior with comfortable lounge-style seating, family conversation areas, coastal colors, and thoughtful touches that encourage guests to relax, connect, and enjoy the beauty of Pensacola Beach together.

Frisky Mermaid proudly supports sea turtle conservation and education through its partnerships with the Escambia County Sea Turtle Ambassador Program, the LightsOur initiative to protect nesting sea turtles, the Leave Only Footprints campaign, and the Pensacola Beach Elementary School Partner in Education program.
