Bands on the Bayou returns Friday, July 31, for the second concert of the 2026 season at Bayview Park, featuring the high-energy sounds of Bay Kings Band.
Hosted by the East Hill Neighborhood Association, the free waterfront concert series brings neighbors, families, and visitors together for an evening of live music while raising funds to support local nonprofit organizations. Since launching in 2021, Bands on the Bayou has donated more than $163,000 to local nonprofits, including $42,000 in 2025 alone.
Bay Kings Band is known for delivering an energetic live show featuring a mix of rock, dance, Latin, pop, funk, Motown, and Top 40 favorites. The band’s accomplished musicians have performed alongside artists including Shakira, Gloria Estefan, Ricky Martin, Pitbull, Paul Anka, and D’Angelo, making them one of Florida’s premier live entertainment acts.
Concertgoers are encouraged to bring chairs, blankets, family, and friends and enjoy the show on the lawn overlooking Bayou Texar. Guests may also arrive by boat to experience the concert from the water.
The July 31 concert will benefit Warrington Emergency Aid Center and A Place of Hope Small Dog Rescue.
Bands on the Bayou remains free and open to the public thanks to generous community sponsors, including Levin Papantonio, the 2026 Premier Sponsor.
