Pensacola welcomed a very special arrival this St. Patrick’s Day. Avery Wright, the first baby born on March 17, made her debut this morning at Ascension Sacred Heart, bringing a little extra luck to the holiday. Arriving at 7:10 a.m., she weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces and measured 20 inches long. It’s a sweet reminder that sometimes the best kind of “luck” comes in the form of new life, welcome to the world, Avery.
