HatchMark Studio, a Pensacola-based creative marketing and branding agency, is now accepting applications from local non-profit organizations to receive a complete, agency-level brand system at no cost through The Hatchery, the agency’s annual summer internship program.
The selected organization will work hands-on alongside HatchMark’s summer interns to build their brand from the ground up. Work will include custom logo design, color palette development, brand messaging, audience definitions, positioning recommendations, and a full set of brand guidelines.
All creative work is fully customized, built without templates, and guided by HatchMark Studio’s leadership throughout. The decision to direct that effort toward the non-profit community this year was a deliberate one.
“Our first Hatchery partnership proved our interns could produce real, agency-level work,” said Zayas. “Pointing it toward Pensacola’s non-profit community felt like the obvious next step. This city has supported HatchMark for ten years, and this is our way of giving some of that back.”
The Hatchery is entering its second year, building on the success of its first brand partnership with Vista TechWerx. That project serves as a real-world example of what the program can deliver and the bar it sets for this summer’s non-profit partner.
“So many non-profits in this city are doing meaningful work without the resources to invest in their brand,” said Zayas. “That’s exactly who this is for. If branding has felt out of reach, this is your opportunity.”
Non-profit organizations headquartered in the Pensacola area are encouraged to apply. The Hatchery is best suited for organizations that can commit to in-person collaboration, stay engaged throughout the process, and view branding as a strategic investment in their mission.
