The Shops of Palafox and Downtown Improvement Board (DIB) have announced the 6th Annual Spring Shop Hop on Sunday, March 8, from noon to 4 p.m., inviting the community to enjoy an afternoon of shopping and supporting local businesses in Downtown Pensacola.
The annual event encourages residents and visitors to explore the unique retailers that make Palafox Street a premier shopping destination. Participating businesses include:

Coral’s Closet
Don Alan’s
Peterbrooke Chocolatier
First City Bee
Blue Morning Gallery
Rusted Arrow Mercantile
Indigeaux Denim Bar
Bluetique

In addition to shopping, guests will have the opportunity to win prizes. Shoppers who make purchases at participating stores on March 8 can upload their receipts for a chance to win fabulous prizes. To enter, simply scan the QR code available inside each participating shop and upload a picture of receipts dated March 8.
With construction currently underway on Palafox Street as part of “The New Palafox” improvements, organizers say community support is especially important.
“Now more than ever, it’s important to shop local and support our downtown businesses,” said Walker Wilson, DIB executive director. “Every purchase makes a meaningful impact and helps ensure our small businesses continue to thrive during construction.”
The Spring Shop Hop offers a fun and easy way for the community to support local retailers while enjoying everything Downtown Pensacola has to offer.
