Locally Founded, Community Driven
For more than a decade, Logo Motion has helped Pensacola businesses tell their stories through custom apparel, promotional products, and print. Founded in 2010 by Jodie and Nikki Webb, the company has grown from a home-based startup into one of the region’s most trusted branding partners, while remaining firmly rooted in the community it was built to serve.
Those roots run even deeper. In 2015, Logo Motion expanded its reach and legacy by acquiring The Boatwright Company, a Pensacola institution founded in 1979 by Chris and Ed Boatwright. The merger brought together decades of industry knowledge and local relationships, blending tradition with innovation and strengthening Logo Motion’s commitment to the Gulf Coast business community. In 2018, the company reached another milestone when it was awarded the license to create and sell official Blue Angels merchandise, further cementing its role in the region’s cultural and economic landscape.
A New Chapter in 2026
Now, in 2026, Logo Motion enters a new chapter with the addition of two partners, Melissa Bailey and Chris Phillips. Both are Pensacola natives with deep community ties and a shared belief in the power of relationships, service, and local pride.
“Melissa and Chris both bring an incredible mix of experience, heart for the community, and entrepreneurial drive,” said Jodie Webb, co-founder of Logo Motion. “Nikki and I are excited to welcome them as partners and even more excited about what the future holds. They share our commitment to Pensacola, and our belief that relationships are the foundation of everything we do. We could not be more proud to grow the company alongside them.”
Melissa Bailey joins as Managing Partner of Sales and Growth, bringing more than 25 years of experience across hospitality, tourism, and community partnership development. She is well known throughout the region for her leadership roles with Visit Pensacola, where she served as Partner Relations Manager, and with Great Southern Restaurant Group, where she spent nearly two decades as Director of Sales and Events, building the company’s private event and catering programs.
Bailey credits much of her professional foundation to her time at Great Southern and to the mentorship of owner Collier Merrill, Operations Director Steve Eskridge, and Marketing Director Maria Goldberg. She began her career with the company at just 15 years old and was given every opportunity to grow, learn, and work her way up, an experience she says played a defining role in shaping the leader she is today.
“I loved my time at Visit Pensacola and am so proud of the relationships I built with partners who make our community strong,” Bailey said. “Great Southern Restaurant Group will always be family to me. Collier Merrill, Steve Eskridge, and Maria Goldberg believed in me from the time I was a 15-year-old kid and gave me every opportunity to grow. Their mentorship and support played a huge role in shaping the leader I am today, and I carry those lessons with me into this next chapter with Logo Motion.”
A graduate of Leadership Pensacola’s LEAP program, a board member of the Pensacola Beach Chamber, and Secretary of the Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association’s EscaRosa Chapter, Bailey is known for her people first approach and her belief that great marketing, like great hospitality, begins with listening and building trust.
Chris Phillips, also a Pensacola native, brings an entrepreneurial spirit and a lifelong connection to the Gulf Coast. He’s best known as the owner of Hot Spots Charters, one of the largest fishing charter operations in the state of Florida. He also owns 850 Screen Printing, where over the past 10 years he’s learned the ins and outs of the screen printing and embroidery business.
Founders Who Built It from the Ground Up
The company’s original founders, Jodie and Nikki Webb, continue to lead with the same hands on, relationship driven approach that launched Logo Motion in 2010. A Pensacola native, Webb grew the company from a small home operation into a multi-million-dollar business serving clients across the Southeast, grounded in integrity, quality, and long-term partnerships.
Looking Ahead
Together, Jodie, Nikki, Melissa, and Chris represent a powerful blend of experience, innovation, and local pride. Their shared vision is to continue growing a locally owned and operated business that helps other local businesses stand out, connect, and thrive.
With more than 15 years under the Logo Motion name and nearly half a century of combined legacy when including The Boatwright Company, the firm’s story is one of deep roots, steady growth, and an enduring commitment to Pensacola.
As Logo Motion looks ahead, its leadership remains focused on what has always set it apart, strong relationships, creative solutions, and a genuine dedication to the community it proudly calls home.
