What started as a shared habit between friends has quietly grown into a business built on relief, trust, and transformation.
Sara Webb and Katie Whilden, the co-founders of Clutter Cure Co, didn’t set out to start a professional organizing company. They met while working together In child welfare, quickly bonding over their friendship—and a mutual instinct to organize everything around them. Pantries, closets, bedrooms, home offices—if there was a space that felt chaotic, they couldn’t help but fix it.
At some point, the realization hit: We could really turn this into a business.
From Friendship to Full Send
The idea began informally, with Sara and Katie organizing each other’s homes simply because they enjoyed it. Both describe themselves as “Type A” personalities, drawn to systems, labels, and the calm that comes from visual order. What started as a natural habit soon became something more intentional after Katie stepped away from child welfare in 2024 and a friend suggested they turn their shared skill into a business.
They made it official in August 2025, launched in December—forming an LLC, securing insurance, and launching a website. Clutter Cure Co, was born.
Today, the business continues to grow largely through word of mouth and social media, especially Instagram and Facebook, where their before-and-after transformations speak louder than any sales pitch.
How Clutter Cure Co Works
Every job begins with a crucial step: an in-person, 30-minute consultation in the client’s home. This allows Sara and Katie to understand not just the space, but the person living in it—how they use it, where friction exists, and what systems will actually stick.
Their pricing is hourly, based on an estimate provided after the consult. Clients pay 50% upfront and the remaining balance once the job is complete—only for the hours actually worked. It’s a refreshingly transparent approach in an industry.

More Than Organization
Ask Sara and Katie why they do this work, and the answer goes far beyond tidy shelves.
They talk about relief.
One mother told them a job that would have taken her weeks was completed in just two hours. Another client, overwhelmed by grief, simply didn’t know where to start—until Clutter Cure Co stepped in and lifted the burden. Reviews frequently mention reduced stress, improved efficiency, and the emotional weight that disappears when a space finally makes sense again.
Their services are especially impactful for clients with ADHD, who often struggle with decision fatigue. By creating simple, repeatable systems, Sara and Katie help clients maintain order without feeling overwhelmed.
“We don’t just organize,” Katie explains. “We give people a system they can actually follow.”

Looking Ahead
Sara’s goal is to turn Clutter Cure Co from a second job into her sole source of income. For Katie, who already works in the business full-time, the future includes recurring clients—those who want their spaces reset every six months to a year.
They’re also eyeing a niche that’s often overlooked: beach and short- term rentals. Their plan includes monthly resets and detailed inventory checks to notify owners of broken or missing items—something traditional cleaning services don’t usually offer.
As for their favorite projects? Sara loves closets and pantries. Katie prefers the messiest spaces possible—the bigger the transformation, the bigger the serotonin boost.
Order with a Purpose
At its core, Clutter Cure Co isn’t about perfection. It’s about peace.
It’s about walking into your home and feeling calm instead of stressed. It’s about reclaiming time, energy, and mental space. And it’s about two friends who realized their natural gifts could make other people’s lives a little lighter.
