Ballet Pensacola is proud to announce the return of its beloved holiday classic, The Nutcracker, taking the stage at the Saenger Theatre December 19–21, 2025. A cherished tradition for families across the Gulf Coast, this year’s production promises new breathtaking choreography, dazzling new costumes, and a heartwarming story that continues to enchant audiences of all ages.
Thanks to Choreographers Debi Janea and Veronica Ramirez, Ballet Pensacola’s The Nutcracker, brings to life the magical journey of Clara, her Nutcracker Prince, and the wondrous characters they meet along the way. From the swirling snowflakes to the triumphant grand pas de deux, each moment is crafted to inspire wonder and joy during the holiday season.
“Our production of The Nutcracker is more than a ballet, it’s a celebration of community, artistry, and the magic of the holidays,” said Janea. “We are thrilled to share this beloved performance with audiences year after year and are proud to give Pensacola its own version of The Nutcracker.”
This year’s cast includes both professional company dancers and talented students from the Ballet Pensacola Academy, showcasing the depth and dedication of the region’s vibrant arts community.
