HPSG recently welcomed uLeadership®, a nationally and internationally recognized professional development and research company known for helping nurse leaders grow through relational, human-centered leadership.
The founders of uLeadership, Dr. Kay Kennedy (CEO), Dr. Lucy Leclerc (Chief Innovation and Learning Officer), and Susan Campis (Chief Wellness Officer), created the Human-Centered Leadership in Healthcare® framework.

Quint Studer, Co-Founder of Healthcare Plus Solutions Group, travels frequently to train nurse leaders and other healthcare professionals.When HPSG launched in 2022, they partnered with the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) and the American Nurses Association (ANA) to lead research involving thousands of nurses. Their goal: truly understand what daily life looks like for today’s nursing workforce. Three years later, uLeadership’s expertise and leadership team are joining HPSG to help continue that mission.

The uLeadership founders have captured their philosophy in their books, Human-Centered Leadership in Healthcare: Evolution of a Revolution (2021) and the upcoming Human-Centered Leadership in Healthcare: The Revolution Continues, to be published this winter by the American Nurses Association.
Collard notes the word “love,” hidden in reverse within the word “revolution” on their first book’s cover. “Love is naturally intertwined with leadership,” he says. “It’s a big part of what makes us human.”
