Owned and operated by Billy Ducote — a U.S. veteran, girl dad, and real estate agent with The Zimmern Team — Margaritas To Go is more than a business. It’s a toast to good times, local connections, and celebrating the moments that bring people together. Most recently, we caught up with Billy at a local wedding and at The Krewe of Priscus Golf Tournament where he set up his mobile bar at Hole 6 that was sponsored by The Zimmern Team.
From frozen margaritas and daiquiris to crowd favorites like Bushwhackers and FREAUXSÉ, Margaritas To Go makes it easy to elevate any event. You can rent a single frozen drink machine or the full mobile bar, perfect for gatherings big or small.
They deliver, set up, and handle the details so you can skip the blender mess and just pull the knob and let the frozen libations flow. Hosting a kids event? They can make the frozen beverages non alcoholic for fun sips for the kids. Whether it’s a wedding, birthday, Fourth of July party, military retirement, or Blue Angels weekend, Margaritas To Go elevates the fun at any occasion.
“I’ve always enjoyed finding ways to make other people’s events more fun,” said Ducote. “It’s a great way to meet new faces, and honestly, everyone lights up when they see those shiny machines roll in. Now with our mobile bar, we’re able to bring even more excitement to local celebrations.”
For larger celebrations, Margaritas To Go offers wedding packages starting at $1,600, designed for 75 guests or more. The package includes a full-service bar and two daiquiri machines for a minimum of four hours, with additional time available at $75 per hour. Have more than 75 guests? Billy and his team will happily tailor a bespoke setup.

When he’s not handing over frozen cocktails, Billy is helping clients find their dream homes along the coast with the Zimmern Team, balancing entrepreneurship, enjoying time with his family, and involving himself in the community with the same energy he brings to every event. We we asked his favorite part of his new business venture so far, his answer was of course, the people.
“My favorite part is just meeting people,” he said. “Everyone’s happy to see us. We get to bring a little joy, and maybe a margarita or two, to every event we’re part of.”
