The smoke is rising and the competition is heating up for Pensacola Eggfest 2025 and Stephen Page with 850 Barbecue is ready to bring the flavor.
A second-year competitor known for his mouthwatering smoked meats and signature sauces, Stephen is no stranger to the grill or to competition. This year, he’s not just showing up to cook, he’s calling out other professional BBQ teams from across the Gulf Coast to join him at the Hadji Shrine for a showdown of smoky proportions.
“Pensacola Eggfest is where the best of the best come to cook for a cause,” Page said. “If you think your ribs, brisket, or sliders can stand up to 850 BBQ, then it’s time to fire up the smoker and prove it.”
Eggfest brings together grill masters, backyard enthusiasts, and food lovers for a day of incredible BBQ and community spirit, all to support local charities.
