Join Yoga Abode for a 60-minute, beginner-friendly slow flow yoga class on the sand at Sneaky Tiki Bar. No mat needed. Bring a towel and an open heart. Everyone is welcome!
Childhood cancer affects families in our own backyard. This event is more than yoga: it’s a chance to come together, honor the courage of young fighters, support local research, and uplift our community while enjoying the healing power of movement, nature, and solidarity.

- In lieu of the usual $15 drop-in fee, attendees are asked to make a donation, with 100% of proceeds benefiting the Rally Foundation for Childhood Cancer Research. The goal is to raise $2,000 for the Rally Foundation. To help reach this goal, Yoga Abode will personally match the first $1,000 raised!
- The Pensacola Fire Department will be present, offering special edition Childhood Cancer Awareness T-shirts, and wearing them all month to show support.
- After class, enjoy happy hour specials at Sneaky Tiki and stay for community, connection, and tropical vibes!
