To honor this milestone, the team invites guests to join them on Friday, August 1st, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. for an exclusive celebration at their studio located at 405 South K Street, Pensacola, FL 32502. The evening will feature cocktails and hors d’oeuvres curated by Classic CIty Catering along with a special showing of Shannon’s floral documentary filmed on location in Alaska by Destyn Patera of Lensea Film.

Founded by Shannon Murphy Pallin in 2005, Fiore of Pensacola has grown from a small local flower shop to a trusted name in the local event industry and a cornerstone of Pensacola’s vibrant community, weaving its artistry into the fabric of the city’s most important milestones. With over 38 years of experience in the wedding industry, Shannon has designed unforgettable moments, bringing to life the dreams of couples and families. For Shannon, each floral arrangement is more than just flowers; it is a piece of art and a story. Her career began in a local flower shop in San Diego and quickly bloomed into opportunities to design for iconic names in the event industry, including Martha Stewart, Preston Bailey, and Katie Brown in New York City. Fast forward 20+ years and her Pensacola shop is a testament to the power of what is possible when talent meets perseverance.
Fiore’s Heartfelt Legacy of Service and Giving
Shannon’s commitment to the community goes beyond floral arrangements — it extends to meaningful partnerships with local charities, non-profit organizations, and community leaders. Under her leadership, Fiore supports local charities by donating florals and leading design workshops, including at The Dream Center, which serves women recovering from domestic violence and other hardships. Fiore also partners with the Baptist Healthcare Foundation, where Shannon lends her expertise for their annual fundraising gala and leads workshops for staff and volunteers. In addition to her work with local charities, Shannon has collaborated with some of Pensacola’s most iconic organizations and figures, including The Blue Angels, The Bear Family Foundation, and many others. Through these partnerships, Shannon and Fiore have played a key role in shaping some of Pensacola’s most memorable events and celebrations.
