The 52 World is excited to team up with the Pensacola Humane Society to host two special Adoption Days! Pet adoptions will take place on Thursday, July 24, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and Saturday, July 26, 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM.
On Thursday, July 24th meet some adorable cats and playful kittens eagerly searching for their forever homes. Then, on Saturday, July 26th, the Pensacola Humane Society will showcase a wonderful array of charming dogs, each waiting for a loving family to call their own.

The Pensacola Humane Society has evolved from a small shelter with one employee into a vibrant organization supported by dedicated volunteers, community advocates, and professional staff. Founded in 1943, the organization initially focused on rescuing strays and addressing animal cruelty. Over the decades, we have transitioned from an old wooden building to our current masonry facility, introducing educational programs and popular fundraisers.
