Calling all runners and hurricane hunters to the 2025 Disaster Dash 5K! Sign up is still available for the run/walk happening this weekend in Downtown Pensacola. The race is hosted by BRACE, Be Ready Alliance Coordinating for Emergencies, and welcomes runners, walkers, wheels, and service animals who register.
The race will begin in Seville Square, where you’ll find vendors from all over the community and more information about how to prepare for the upcoming hurricane season.
Route Details:
The 3.1 mile race will travel through historic Downtown Pensacola, beginning and ending at Seville Square. Race day sign ups will be available prior to the race start time until 6:30 a.m..
About the Race:
The race will begin promptly at 7:00 a.m.. Dr. Anthony Inzillo with SWELL Physical Therapy & Performance will be leading runners through a pre-race dynamic warm-up session. SWELL will be offering post race recovery as well as open evaluations for any pain or injury.
In your race packet, you’ll find goodies from our supporting sponsors and limited edition race shirts. All finishers of the race will receive a custom medal!
Awards will be given to top overall finishers, and the top two in each age group.

After Party Information:
Vendors will be set up in Seville Square before and after the race, offering refreshments, information, and education on the upcoming hurricane season. There will be live music and lots of free fun to enjoy with the whole family!
