Join Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida on Saturday, May 17, 2025, as they host one of the area’s most flavorful traditions at Seville Quarter in Downtown Pensacola. From 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., come enjoy unlimited gumbo samples from teams who’ve been cooking up their best recipes all day long.

Amateur and professional teams will compete for top honors, with gumbo entries judged on flavor, aroma, appearance, and texture. Awards will be presented to the top three teams, along with trophies for Showmanship and the coveted People’s Choice. Tickets are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
