A Night of Glamour and Giving Supporting NWFL’s Foster Care Children

The Northwest Florida Guardian ad Litem Foundation invites you to find your best pair of red shoes and join them for its annual Red Shoe Party – a night of live entertainment, dancing, silent auctions, and award-winning dining. The event will benefit foster children within the local area who have experienced abuse, abandonment, and neglect.

The annual event will be held at Old Florida Fish House on Feb. 8 at 6 p.m. Patrons can compete for the best pair of red shoes, including sportiest, most glamorous, and most creative! The Foundation has a goal of raising more than $20,000 to help fund programs such as:

● Cases for Kids which gives children in the foster care system essential items like hygiene products, books, and blankets in a personalized bag, replacing trash bags during moments of transition.
● Camps for Kids helps to fund summer camp experiences for children, providing long-lasting joy, friendship, and creating a sense of belonging.
● Children in Need Funds which supports Guardian ad Litem children by providing timely, essential items for normalcy, ensuring efficient use of donor dollars.
● Hope for the Holidays providing Christmas celebrations for all children throughout our first judicial circuit foster care system.

The Northwest Florida Guardian ad Litem Foundation is a critical need to our foster care system representing more than1,300 children. Each child receives a volunteer that acts as a third-party representative to ensure their success and provide a consistent, positive presence in their life.

Please join the Foundation to help support our local children. Space is limited, tickets can be purchased online beforehand here.
