Register here for the event!

Here are a few FAQs to help set you up for success!

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

There is no age limit to enter the event (but children need to be accompanied by an adult.) If a person wishes to purchase adult beverages, proper identification is required.

I want to bring my child(ren), do I need to register my child(ren)?

It depends, if your child plans on riding their own bike during the slow ride then you need to register your child. If your child is in a bike seat or a bike trailer, you do not need to register them. **an adult (18+) must be present and be an attending the event with a child 17 and under**

Am I required to wear a helmet?

No, but we highly encourage you to protect that wonderful brain of yours!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to packet pick up and/or the event?

No, if you do not have your ticket, a picture ID or your ticket PDF can be used to pick up your event packet Friday or Saturday prior to event.

Where is the Packet Pickup?

Early packet pickup will be Thursday, December 5th, from 5:30-7:30 p.m- location TBD. Additionally, you will be able to pick up your packet before the ride. Don’t worry! We will send a reminder email about these details closer to the event.

What is the refund policy?

At this time, refunds won’t be processed. If you need to alter your own personal contact or t-shirt size information, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any issue with your order you might have. More importantly, each ticket we sell covers almost one entire bike. Do you really want to be the reason tiny Tim didn’t get a bike this year?

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?

No, registration is not transferable. Each attendee is required to fill out their own registration.

How can I donate money directly to the cause?

Thank you for your help! There are two ways this can be done. One is though this website where you can donate directly by clicking on the “register” button on the right, and scroll down to the bottom until you see the “I don’t want to participate but here’s money to help your cause!” option. Another way is though sponsorship. If you or your company is interested in learning more about sponsorship opportunities please contact us at onbikespensacola@gmail.com for more information.

For any additional questions please contact the organization at onbikespensacola@gmail.com. Let’s ride!
