Calling all baristas and cocktail curators! It’s time to show off your skills for some cash and the title of best barista.
This month, Lily Hall is thrilled to announce the grand opening of Cousin Wolf, an innovative 3rd wave coffee concept nestled in the scenic garden of Lily Hall. To celebrate this exciting launch, they are inviting Pensacola to their first-ever Latte Art Throwdown and Coffee Cocktail Competition on October 24, 2024, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Participants will showcase their skills in a lively outdoor throwdown, battling it out on two La Marzocco Linea Mini machines. Retrograde Nashville is the title sponsor who is generously providing high-quality coffee and exciting swag for the event. The competition will be expertly hosted by Retrograde’s own Geo Navarrete, a World Latte Art Champion, alongside Kevan Hobbs, who will serve as MC and judge.
Additionally, Sister Hen will sponsor the coffee cocktail competition, ensuring that this event is not just about coffee but also about innovative mixology.
Prizes include:
Grand Prize: $300
Runner-Up: $100
3rd Place: $50
Everyone: Free beer until supplies last, plus cocktails and bites available for purchase.
