Pensacola natives, James, Rita, and Kyle Lay are thrilled to announce they are bringing the innovative fitness brand HOTWORX to the East Hill Community. The entire Pensacola community will benefit from the unique three-dimensional fitness program offered in the HOTWORX studio.
By combining 1) heat 2) infrared energy and 3) exercise inside its patented infrared saunas, HOTWORX offers members many physical and mental benefits — stress reduction, mental clarity, muscle recovery, cellulite reduction, detoxification, lowered blood pressure, pain relief, improved circulation, just to name a few.
HOTWORX is set to revolutionize the local fitness scene by providing members with an unparalleled workout experience. This state-of-the-art studio features a variety of virtually guided, 30-minute Isometric and 15-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) sessions, all conducted within their signature infrared saunas. The infrared heat not only intensifies the workout but also enhances calorie burn, detoxification, and overall wellness.

The studio will be located at 3439-C N 12th Ave in ‘The Shops of East Hill’ complex where members will have 24/7 access, allowing members to work out on their own schedule. This is a great location for residents on the east side of Pensacola. While it will not be officially open for workout sessions until later in the year, special Founding Member Rates will be launched beginning Friday, August 23.
