FRIDAY FLOTILLA Friday, May 10 from 7 a.m. – 9 a.m. Join them every Friday morning (weather permitting) at Casino Beach for a relaxing float with friends! If the surf does not cooperate, we will move to Quietwater Beach behind Bamboo Willies. Check-in Friday morning for a surf update and bring a friend! TORTURED POETS YOGA NIGHT Friday, May 10 at 6:30 p.m. at Disko Lemonade Yoga. Sport your favorite black & white yoga attire and join! The class will follow a warm disko flow format with plenty of modifications offered for new yogis – don’t worry, you can do this class with a broken heart. Studio will be on brand black & white balloons and we will have TS stickers for you to add to your water bottle. The cost is $20. Register here: YOGA

BIKE PENSACOLA’S SLOW RIDE Friday, May 10 from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at Ride More Bikes. Join Bike Pensacola for the most popular bike ride in town—the Slow Ride! PENSACOLA CHILDREN’S CHORUS SHOWTIME Friday and Saturday, May 10 & 11 at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, May 12 at 2:30 p.m. at the Pensacola Saenger Theatre. This wonderful organization led by Alex Gartner teaches music and performance to elementary school children through high school. Showtime is a fun show to watch and a great way to spend the evening. 2ND ANNUAL GROOVY VW FESTIVAL Saturday, May 11 at 8 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Park. The Groovy VW festival Shine and Swap is this weekend. There will be a contest for People’s Choice and an award for the ‘Grateful Deadliest’ theme! Participants will receive goodie bags, and booths will have tie-dye crafts and friendship bracelet/ necklace making. There is a Grateful Dead trivia contest! PENSACOLA CELEBRATES GALVEZ Saturday, May 11 at 10 a.m. at the Pensacola Historic Village. The event will feature Spanish soldiers and colonial activities like cooking, games, and candle dipping.

The Pensacola Museum of History and Historic Pensacola Village will be free to visitors to explore the contributions of Bernardo de Galvez, a hero of the Revolutionary War, to Pensacola’s history. For more on Historic Pensacola, click here: https://historicpensacola.org/

PENSACOLA BEACH ART & WINE FESTIVAL Saturday, May 11 from 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. with wine tastings beginning at 1 p.m. The Pensacola Beach Chamber of Commerce invites the public to spend a beautiful Saturday afternoon strolling the Pensacola Beach Boardwalk, enjoying Mother’s Day weekend while sampling wines and perusing the works of some of the Gulf Coast’s most talented artists. The festival brings together 25 local artists and more than 50 wine selections, all in one place. The festival is free to the public, however, to participate in the wine tastings festival-goers must purchase a ticket and receive a wristband. WINE TASTING TICKETS

OPERA AL FRESCO Saturday, May 11 at 1 p.m. Celebrate Mother’s Day with an afternoon of beautiful music – al fresco! We join the Gulf Coast Culture Fest to bring you a set of favorite arias and musical theatre hits in the serene setting of Seville Square. Bring a chair and enjoy this free, family-friendly concert!

Opera Al Fresco is a free, pop-up concert series that aims to bring live music to parks and green spaces throughout our community.
MOTHER’S DAY YOGA HIKE Sunday, May 12 at 9 a.m. at Perdido Key State Park. Join us for Hike Yoga on the Key! Perdido Key State Park is located on the beach. $10 cash or Venmo BOGO, bring your mom or son/daughter free! Be sure to bring a towel, water, and sunscreen. MOM OVERBOARD MURDER MYSTERY THEATER Sunday, May 12 from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. This is a unique idea for a fun way to spend Mother’s Day! Improbable Theater and Seville Quarter presents Mom Overboard at Heritage Hall. Doors open at 10 a.m. and the show starts at 11 a.m. Eat brunch while being a part of the entertainment!
