More often than not, parents are caught off guard in the middle of a busy life with the daunting task of supporting their children through a mental health crisis.

Dr. John Hodges, a renowned mental health expert, will share valuable insights and practical tips on mental health topics like anxiety, addiction, and ADHD as a family.
