In honor of National Strawberry Day, we are celebrating with the good news of where you’ll find the best stock. Strawberry season indicates that Spring is here and warmer weather is on the way!

After a little digging, we found the best local “pick your own” spots, open-air markets, and local grocery stores. Find homemade jams, strawberry shortcakes from scratch, and more with the list below.

Sweet Southern Farms
1074 Melton Road Baker, FL, United States

This is a seasonal U-Pick Strawberry farm open (Feb-May). After the season ends, they have a froyo shop open on the weekends only! Their Facebook page is updated regularly with their weekly hours.

Brooks Farm Produce & Strawberry Patch
1301 Lee Ave Baker Fl 32531, Baker, FL, United States

You will find two Locations in Baker, Florida:
1. Brooks Strawberry Patch at 5760 Griffith Mill Road (March-May)
2. Brooks Farm Produce at 1301 Lee Ave.

The season runs from June-July. U-pick strawberries, homegrown produce, yogurt, shortcake, jam & family fun.

The Farm

Locally owned and operating throughout the week! You can find all of your fresh produce here, fresh breads, jams, juices, and more at The Farm. Their hours are Thursday – Sat 9-5 and Sunday 10-5.

Palafox Market
North & South Palafox Street, 32502 Pensacola, Florida 

Find this local, open-aired market every Saturday in Downtown Pensacola. The market is full of vendors carrying fresh produce, plants, art, jewelry, and much more!

Bailey’s Produce & Nursery

Bypass Farmer’s Market & Oriental

This local market is hauling in fresh produce and a beautiful selection of plants throughout the week! They’ve got great deals and a friendly staff that loves to serve the community.
