What’s cooking at Bodacious?

Level up your friendsgivings and holiday get togethers with a cooking class at Bodacious. Not only are these classes a fun, different way to spend time with your friends, but you’ll also learn a thing or two and will be impressing your friends and family this holiday season.

The Local Pulse Team rolled up our sleeves last month for the Hands on Sushi Class with Summer and while we definitely needed plenty of assistance, we did successfully roll sushi and enjoyed every last delicious bite. We learned how to roll Uramaki (inside out roll), Maki (seaweed on the outside of the roll) and a hand roll (wrap/burrito form) and enjoyed edamame, seared tuna and a complimentary glass of wine before the class began.

Not a sushi fan? No problem. They offer classes for everything from sausage making and jambalaya to charcuterie boards, pasta from scratch and autumn soups and stews. View their upcoming classes below and visit event bright to schedule.
