1. Sunday, September 10 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. Blues Angel Blues on the Bay presents The Astronauts at Community Maritime Park.
The Astronauts which includes Ashley Turner, Brett Turner, Steven Clay, Kelli Cooper, Jonathan Clark, and Craig Cooper is a fun, whacky 80s rock band that takes you back to the time when big hair, synthesizers, and music videos ruled the world. The Astronauts have performed throughout the Gulf Coast and everywhere in between and are stopping in Pensacola to close out Blues on the Bay’s 2023 season!
2. Saturday, September 9 in the evening, Stargazing at Big Lagoon State Park. An evening under the stars in Big Lagoon. Look for constellations and admire the vast night sky. Each event starts at sunset, so please call the Ranger’s station (850) 492-1595, since you need to enter the park before it closes.
3. Saturday, September 9 from 10-4 p.m. Join the UWF Historic Trust for our special Historic Pensacola Open House event.
There will be unique local vendors, food trucks, children’s activities, living history groups, presentations and much, much more!
The museums on our site will be open from 10-4 for FREE.
