  1. Gallery Night “Sustainable Summer,” Friday, July 21, 5 p.m. – 9 p.m. on Palafox Street in downtown Pensacola. Gallery Night Pensacola is a nonprofit organization with a dedicated goal of inspiring culture, engagement, and the practice of arts of all types in an entertaining event for all ages and walks of life.   2. Blue Wahoos v. Rocket City Trash Pandas at home at Blue Wahoos Stadium in downtown Pensacola. Thursday, July 20 through Sunday, July 23. If you have not yet been to a Blue Wahoos game, put it on your summer bucket list. With plenty of food to sample, activities for all ages, and the all-American game of baseball – it’s guaranteed to be a fun night out.   3. Bands on the Bayou presents Ben Loftin and The Family, Saturday, July 22, 5:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. at Bayview Park & Community Center. This space overlooking Bayou Texar is the perfect place for an outdoor, evening concert. This event, held by the East Hill Neighborhood Association brings together neighbors to support local non-profit organizations.   4. Unite Gulf Coast featuring the music of For King & Country and Casting Crowns. Friday and Saturday, July 21 & 22 at 6:30 p.m. at the Pensacola Bay Center. Tickets are free. For more information, click here.
  5. The Wildflowers – A Tribute to Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers; Saturday, July 22, doors open at 7 p.m. and the show starts at 8 p.m. This Tom Petty tribute band rehearses with one focus – to recreate the music of Tom Petty with precision, attention to detail, and reverent respect.   6. Legally Blonde, The Musical, opening night Friday, July 21 at 7:30 p.m. at The Pensacola Little Theatre. This upbeat and fast-paced tale follows the spirited girly girl Elle Woods as she follows her ex-boyfriend to Harvard Law School, determined to win him back. “Omigod, you guys!” Prepare to be swept away by a show filled with iconic lines, unforgettable characters, and show-stopping numbers.   7. Running of the Bulls, Friday, July 21 at 6:30 p.m. at Seville Quarter. This fun, family-friendly event is Pensacola’s version of the Festival de San Fermin in Pamplona, Spain which was made famous by Ernest Hemingway. Participants will be chased by spirited “Bulls,” derby skaters with custom “Horns” on their helmets. The Festival continues afterward in Phineas Phogg’s. For more information, click here.

The Modern El Dorados at Calvert’s in the Heights, Saturday, July 22 at 7 p.m. The Modern El Dorados embody their musical heroes Marty Robbins, Hank Williams, Johnny Cash, and more with an entertaining American Honky Tonk show.   9. Fort Pickens History Cruise, Sunday, July 23, from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. by the Pensacola Bay City Ferry. Take a ride on a ferry while learning about the history of the Pensacola and Fort Pickens Area from the National Park Service staff. Board the ferry at Pensacola and ride to Fort Pickens to receive a program in the fort. Ferry departs promptly at 1 p.m. Tickets can be purchased online at Pensacola City Bay Ferry or at the ferry pier downtown near the Port of Pensacola. 
  10. Johnny Hayes: Live at Laguna’s Beach Bar + Grill on Pensacola Beach, Sunday, July 23, 1 p.m. – 5 p.m. Get ready to groove to the tunes of Johnny Hayes! He’s a Laguna’s favorite and I am personally excited he’s back! He was a Top 24 and his performances are always a vibe. Seriously, put this on your weekend bucket list!
