And a tortoise, bearded dragon and scorpions too! West Florida Public Libraries are hosting Reno’s Reptiles all week long for an animal show-and-tell. All ages are welcome to join and learn about these incredible species, full schedule below.


Join Reno’s Reptiles this week at the following locations:

  • Wednesday, June 7, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. – Molino Library
  • Wednesday, June 7, 4 – 5 p.m. – Bellview Library
  • Thursday, June 8, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. – Century Library
  • Thursday, June 8, 3 – 4 p.m. – Molino Library
  • Friday, June 9, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. – Tryon Library
  • Friday, June 9, 3 – 4 p.m. – Pensacola Library
  • Saturday, June 10, 10:30 – 11:30 a.m. – Southwest Library

Tim Reno and his wife Starla own Reno’s Reptiles and operate out of Pensacola. Tim has cared for and kept reptiles for over 30 years. One of his first jobs was caring for reptiles at the Jacksonville Children’s Museum.

Tim & Starla have now made it their goal to help educate children and adults of all ages about these beautiful creatures. The couple is fully licensed and have been educating the public about reptiles for over 10 years.
