  1. Lazer Invasion, Thursday, June 22, at 7:00 p.m. at the Saenger Theatre. LAZER INVAZION is a mind-bending celebration of science fiction, space exploration, and pop culture. High-tech lasers, theatrical lighting, and High Definition video choreographed to the concert-quality sound of your favorite, out-of-this-world themed rock-n-roll by David Bowie, Queen, Duran Duran, The Police, Moby, Soundgarden, and more.   2. Movies in the Park, Friday, June 23 at 6:00 p.m. at Community Maritime Park. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs for a family-friendly movie underneath the stars! Free event parking is available at Community Maritime Park and City Hall. Concessions from local food trucks may be available for purchase subject to availability. Picnic baskets are welcome too, but no pets or glass containers, please. Movies are shown at Hunter Amphitheater with grass seating only. Pre-show activities begin at 6 p.m. Movie premiers at sunset. Movie Title: “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever” (Rated PG-13).
  3. Watch the Weigh-In at the Pensacola Fishing Rodeo, June 23-26, 2023. The weigh-in is at Flounders on Pensacola Beach on Saturday from 2p-7p and Sunday from noon-6p. There is also the Outcast Tackle and Marine Youth Rodeo and the Academy Sports and Outdoors Junior Rodeo.
  4. Electric Avenue, Friday, Jun 23, at Vinyl Music Hall Doors open at 7 p.m., and the show is at 8 p.m. ‘The 80’s MTV Experience’ is the most fun & accurate tribute to the 1980s anywhere. An Electric Avenue show is a high-energy space that reminds people of a time when they came home from school, put a record on, and listened with open ears and an open heart; conjuring first dates, first cars, prom nights, weekend movies, and meeting friends at the mall while finding a sense of fashion and identity all their own.   5.  Rumours, Fleetwood Mac Tribute Band, Saturday, June 24, at Vinyl Music Hall. Doors open at 7 p.m. and the show is at 8 p.m. Formed in 2014, Rumours (also known as RumoursATL) has taken the U.S. by storm with their stage-scorching renditions of Fleetwood Mac songs. Fans from across the nation claim that Rumours is the band to see if you are looking for an authentic recreation of live Fleetwood Mac shows. Tickets are available here.
  6. Festival of Speed by Step One Automotive Group on Saturday, June 24, 2023, from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Five Flags Speedway (7451 Pine Forest Rd, Pensacola, FL 32526). This riveting event features exclusive meet-and-greet opportunities with professional racing drivers, thrilling high-speed Hot Laps, interactive motorsport games, and much more. Although it is a free event, you are asked to RSVP here.
  7. The Modern El Dorados, Saturday, June 24, at Hub Stacey’s Downtown at 9:00 p.m. Hub Stacey’s Downtown has live music most weekends and publishes their calendar here. The Modern El Dorados claim to give a wildly entertaining lesson in authentic American honky tonk. Also, on Friday night, the entertaining Brandon Giles will perform at 8 p.m.
  8. Palafox Market, Saturday, June 24. The market is open every Saturday 9 am-2 pm, rain or shine. So come on by and see what the market has to offer! Two locations on N. Palafox St., in Martin Luther King Jr. Plaza, between Wright St. and Chase St., Palafox Market is centrally located to many shopping and dining establishments in Downtown Pensacola.
  9. Big Al and the Heavyweights, Saturday, June 24 at 5:30 p.m. at Paradise Bar & Grill on Pensacola Beach. Big fun ahead with a Zydeco and Blues good time. What’s mo betta than the bayou come to the beach? Ya heard?
  10. Blues Angel Music’s Blues on the BayRobert Wayne Band, Sun, June 25, 6 – 8  p.m. Pack your coolers, bring your lawn chairs, and head to Hunter Amphitheater in Community Maritime Park for the Blues Angel Music Blues on the Bay Concert Series! Enjoy a cool breeze by the bay and some fantastic music.
