Bayview Outdoor Pursuits Center offers short-term and extended outdoor and watersport equipment rentals to the community at affordable rates. The Bayview Outdoor Pursuits Center will offer rentals of kayaks, paddleboards, pedal boats, bikes, camping, and backpacking gear, and even hammocks to enjoy Parks and Recreation’s 23-acre Bayview Park located on the Beautiful Bayou Texar.

Parks and Recreation’s Outdoor Pursuit Adventure Camps are now based out of the Bayview Outdoor Pursuits Center where they host camps for youth, ages 7-16, that are loved by our community like Kayak/SUP, Beginning and Advanced Fishing. Youth won’t be the only ones to have fun. The center will also host backpacking and survival camps for adults 18+, instructional days to learn about how to use specific equipment, and free community events for all ages that focus on outdoor recreation and environmental awareness of Pensacola’s natural resources.
