The third installation of Night on the Tracks will be Saturday, June 3, beginning at 4:30 pm with a sidewalk parade. Local venues are inviting folks to come out, mingle, and move throughout the neighborhood for art, music, comedy, skating, and food and drinks. Each of the seven participating venues is offering something unique.
The event kicks off at 813 E. LaRua Street with a participatory community parade that will include giant puppets and a small drum line. Costumes, instruments, and kids are welcome and encouraged. Upon arrival to the garden around 5 pm, PensaPride will present a storytime featuring the book “This Day in June” by Gayle E Pitman.
