- St. Christopher’s Concert Series, Thursday, May 25 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. This week features Crosstown Band, a legendary 5 piece classic rock band from Pensacola. St. Christopher’s Concerts began on April 13 and are every Thursday, with the last concert of the season on June 8. There are no food trucks or concessions on site, please bring your own food and lawn chairs. Click here for more.
- John Hart & The Prince Brothers for Bands on the Bayou for Friday, May 26 at 6:30 p.m. at Bayview Park. John Hart (guitar and vocals), with brothers Matt (drums) and Andy Prince (bass guitar), kick off the Memorial Day weekend with some incredible R&B sounds you don’t want to miss. Bring your blanket or lawn chairs and all your best friends. The following vendors will be on-site for tasty bites: Lone Star Tex Mex Grill, P’Cola Rolla, Stacked Racks BBQ, Whim Cotton Candy, and Lamonte Gelato.
- Sandcastle Radio’s Saenger Speakeasy Salsa Dance Event of the Year! Friday, May 26, 8 p.m. – 2 a.m. at The Saenger Theatre. Salsa Classes with Sherri Bundt start at 8 pm, Club opens at 9 pm, Live Broadcast on Sandcastle Radio starting at 10 pm to 12 pm, and dance till 2 am. Also come meet Radio Personalities, Josiah Lamothe (Classic Rock) Rina Blanco ( Rendezvous with Rina), and our newest host B Ray Pennington (Geek out with B Ray) tickets are available at Ticketmaster or go to the Saenger Theatre box office.
- The Graffiti Bridge 5k, Saturday, May 27 at 7:30 a.m. This unique 5K run/walk will start & finish at a classic, local landmark. Iconic collector’s medals will be handed out to every finisher. - Pensacola Arts Market, Saturday, May 27, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Cordova Square – Pensacola Arts Market offers a unique experience for everyone; over 50 local vendors bring in handmade crafts, fresh produce from local gardens, & delicious food from food trucks. Free music in the park at Pensacola Arts Market by local singer-songwriter Hane Skot. Cordova Square is a beautiful park located on the corner of E Gonzales St & 12th Ave in the East Hill neighborhood.
- Crawfish boil at Laguna’s by Social Media Sensation Stalekracker, Saturday, May 27th at Laguna’s Bar and Grill! Stalekracker will be boiling crawfish from 1 p.m. -5 p.m. with a live performance from Horseshoe Kitty. Tickets/Crawfish are limited so get your tickets while they remain! All tickets come with a plate of crawfish, additional plates of crawfish are $25 on-site and boats are 15% off their bar tab.
- The Veterans Memorial Park Foundation of Pensacola invites active duty military personnel, veterans, families, and all community members to attend the Memorial Day Ceremony at the park, scheduled for Sunday, May 28th at Veterans Memorial Park, 200 S. 10th Avenue in Pensacola. Exhibits open at 9 AM and ceremonies begin at 1 PM. This special event will feature music by McGuire’s Pub Pipe Band, The Blue Anchor Belles, and the Pensacola Opera Chorus. We salute the men and women and families of our country who have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.
- Blues Angel Music’s Blues on the Bay featuring Civilized Natives, Sunday, May 28 from 6 – 8 p.m. Pack a cooler and some lawn chairs for this fun music concert overlooking Pensacola Bay at Community Maritime Park.
- A Night With Roman Street, Seville Quarter, Sun., May 28. Doors & Cocktails at 6 p.m. Concert at 7 p.m. – 10 p.m. Brothers Noah and Josh Thompson put their guitars together to form Roman Street. Since their college years, this brotherly jam session developed into a Billboard/iTunes charting band that many have dubbed ‘the next generation’ of Jazz Fusion. They are an internationally trained instrumental band specializing in improvisational fusion of Classical, Gypsy, and Contemporary Jazz, Latin, and Nuevo Flamenco.
- Pensacola’s 8th Annual Memorial Day Concert. This free concert will be on Monday, May 29th at Hunter Amphitheater behind Blue Wahoos Stadium and begins at 3:30 p.m. The Pensacola Civic Band continues this annual tradition of honoring our men and women in uniform, veterans, their families, and all those who have given their lives for our country.
