One of Pensacola Beach’s favorite breakfast staples, Native Cafe, will be starting the final stages of their expansion May 8 and closed for up to six weeks. This is your reminder to go get your Native favorites before their brief closure!
We can’t wait to see what the new space has in store — which will include an elevated coffee experience, larger tables with more seating, a bigger merchandise wall and the more wall space means more local artwork.
They will be open this week Tuesday-Sunday, 7:30am-2:30pm and beginning their brief closure on Monday, May 8.
A note from Native’s Social Channels:
Natives! The time has come and we are thrilled to finally to spill the tea (or should we say coffee) on our official renovation date and brief closure.
Our team has been working hard behind the scenes to prepare for this so that it is the least disruptive as possible to our guests.
The last step of the renovation process is to open the wall between the two spaces and to make it one cohesive restaurant.
When we started this expansion journey a year and half ago, we had one vision in mind — to bring our guests a better dining experience.
More space will allow for less wait time and accommodate larger tables that will seat Grandma, Grandpa, Aunt Noreen, Cousin Joe and the entire extended family at one table.
A larger restaurant will feel more welcoming and allow for better acoustics (so Grandpa can hear you better) and air flow.
The expansion will be home to more Native merch including some fun things for you to take back home so you don’t forget us.
And we will be expanding our coffee experience by welcoming @Mrsjones coffee to compliment what we are currently serving from Deluna Coffee.
On Monday, May 8 we will officially be closing the doors for up to six weeks while we complete construction.
We want to thank the entire Native family, near and far, for making this dream a reality and taking this journey with us — one that will be worth it when we stand in the back filling the coffee pot and listening to your laughter and joy because you are amongst friends again, or rather – hanging with the natives.
Stay tuned on our social channels where we will be giving sneak peeks and week by week updates so you can see the progress!
