On April 22 in downtown Pensacola, Sauce Boss Burger Co. will open at The Handlebar.
The owners say, “This has been a long time coming but we could not be happier to be at the raddest bar in Pensacola!”
Sauce Boss Burger Co. is a gourmet food truck specializing in Wagyu burgers and chicken sandwiches. Everything is made to order with fresh ingredients. There are six specialty burgers with six handcrafted sauces. Their patties are hand-pressed every day, with meat that is always fresh and never frozen.
The burger that started it all is the Boss Burger, served with lettuce, sweet onions, crunchy pickle, and their award-winning boss sauce.
The basics aren’t for you? That’s okay, they have an El Cinco burger topped with guacamole and lime-crema Cinco Sauce.
Red meat ain’t it? No worries, The Chicky is finger licky! It’s a chicken finger sandwich with fresh ingredients piled on top.
All the burgers include a side of beer-battered fries, tater tots, or sweet potato fries.
Since 1983, The Handlebar has been known as the home of Pensacola’s music scene providing good music, good vibes, and good shows.
The Handlebar believes that music is a unifier among people from numerous walks of life. It helps us escape the moment and connect with both friends and strangers.
