  1. Pensacola Crawfish Festival, Friday at 11 a.m. – Sunday at 5 p.m., April 28-30 –  One of the biggest events of the year is this weekend at Seville Square and Fountain Park in downtown Pensacola. This fest features thousands of pounds of boiled crawfish, fresh from Louisiana, brought to you by Cordova Crawfish Company, and drinks by Coca-Cola, The Lewis Bear Co., and Pensacola Bay Brewery. There will be live music acts on stage all weekend, as well as arts and crafts vendors.
  2. The Tall Ships Festival April 27 – 30, 10 a.m. daily – Tall Ships America will bring its TALL SHIPS CHALLENGE® series of races and port festivals back to the Pensacola port. Tour the majestic ships, go sailing on a Tall Ship, or just enjoy the waterfront views and festival atmosphere which includes music, food, street performers, a festival marketplace, and more in a family-friendly, all-ages event.
  3. 21st Annual Marine Corps League of Pensacola Vehicle & Motorcycle Show, Saturday, April 29, Gates open at 8 a.m. at the Five Flags Speedway. The show is free and open to the public with live music. In addition to the show, the event will feature food vendors, games, door prizes, and a 50/50 drawing.
  4. 2nd Annual Elijah Stepherson Men’s Health Concert to benefit The Campfire Fund of Florida, April 30th from 12 – 9 p.m. at Emerald Republic.  An event to raise funds to support mental health resources for men in our community. The team at Emerald Republic will be pouring delicious brews and A Rustyc Spoon will be serving up some mouth-watering grub. Local musicians performing include Nikki Forgione, Justin Colvard, Kyle Wilson, Jessie Ritter, Joey Collins, Allie Bryan, Shannon Pierce, Justin Lee Hester, Ben Loftin, Jay Moody, The Victrolas, and Brett Benton.
  5. Blues Angel Music’s Blues on the Bay featuring The Modern Eldorados, Sunday, April 30 from 6 – 9 p.m. Pack a cooler and some lawn chairs for this fun music concert overlooking Pensacola Bay at Community Maritime Park. 
  6. Pensacola Opera Operazzi, Saturday, April 29 at 6:30 p.m. – This is the spring fundraising event for the Pensacola Opera. With a theme of a 1920s vintage circus, I’m intrigued! Tickets are still available for the soiree to be held at Sanders Beach Corinne Jones Resource Center. 
  7. Be My Neighbor Day, Saturday, April 29, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. at the WSRE Jean & Paul Amos Performance Studio on The Pensacola State College campus. This free, family-fun event emphasizes early learning, health and safety, and the neighborly values of Mister Rogers and Daniel Tiger—two of public television’s most beloved characters. Highlighting this year’s program is the return of Daniel Tiger to meet and greet with young fans!
  8. The Interstate Mullet Toss & Gulf Coast’s Greatest Beach Party, Friday – Sunday, April 28-30 at Flora-Bama Lounge, Package & Oyster Bar. Go throw a dead mullet over the state line of Florida and Alabama to see who gets the farthest. Live music and fun contests all weekend. 
  9. Gary Numan in concert at Vinyl Music Hall, Friday, April 28 Doors Open at 7, Show at 8 – The electro-pop British musician was at the forefront of new wave music. Active in the music world for almost fifty decades, he began with the hit, Cars. 
  10. Big Screen on the Bayou featuring Shrek, Saturday, April 29 at 7:30 p.m. at Bayview Park – Bring your blanket, chairs, and picnic basket to enjoy an outdoor movie on a jumbo screen at Bayview Park (near the Community Center) The movie starts at 7:30 pm, but get there early to reserve your spot and enjoy some movie trivia and local food vendors.
