77 years later, they continue to showcase the pride and professionalism of the United States Navy and Marine Corps by inspiring a culture of excellence and service to the country through flight demonstrations and community outreach.

Since 1955, the U.S. Navy Blue Angels have called Pensacola home, rewarding locals and visitors alike the pleasure of seeing the F/A-18 Super Hornets practice on a weekly basis. From March through November, the Blues take to the skies, flying in tight formations over the city and the over the water. Additionally, two formal airshows take place, the Pensacola Beach Airshow in July, and the Blue Angels Homecoming Airshow in November that closes out the formal season.
