Burger by the Bay attendees will taste numerous samples of grilled burgers made by both professional and amateur cook teams and vote for their favorite!
Proceeds benefit the community service projects of the Pensacola SubWest Rotary Foundation and the Cordova Rotary Club. The Rotary has supported such wonderful local organizations like Gulf Coast Kids House and Take Stock in Children.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the gate. Kids under 12 are admitted free with a paying adult. Every paid admission includes a bottle of water Cool off with some Turtle Roll Homemade Ice Cream & Shaved Ice (available for purchase).
Judges will be Chef Darian Hernandez of Food Network Chopped fame and Executive Chef at Brother Fox; Escambia County Sherrif Chip Simmons; Co-Founder and Vice President of the Escambia County Sherrif’s Foundation and General Manager at Gilmore, Whitney Lucas; retired Waffle House President & COO Bert Thornton; Pensacola State College President Ed Meadows; and Executive Director of the Downtown Improvement Board, Walker Wilson.
