We’ve got the scoop on Pensacola’s newest sweet spot located at the Historic Sacred Heart Hospital (De Soto & 12th Avenue) in the East Hill neighborhood of Pensacola.
On Wednesday, February 8, Ashley and Alex Lamonte, the owners and talent behind Troubadour Dining, will open their new concept featuring small batch artisanal gelato and coffee – Lamonte Gelato. Located in the heart of East Hill in the Historic Sacred Heart Hospital, this will be a great addition to one of Pensacola’s favorite neighborhoods.
Lamonte Gelato will specialize in Italian style gelato made in house daily, offering a lineup of 14 flavors and house made waffle cones with dairy and gluten free options. All of their recipes will include carefully sourced, high quality ingredients to evoke flavors that will transport you straight to the Mother Land.
House specialties include gelato truffles, fraps and affogato. Their sweet treats will be paired alongside a fully stocked espresso bar with a custom blend by Alla Prima Coffee.
