The new Santa Rosa County Courthouse, located at 4025 Avalon Boulevard in Milton, will be open to the public for court business on Tuesday, January 17. The building will house the First Judicial Circuit court offices, as well as the offices of Donald C. Spencer, Clerk of Court and Comptroller. All court proceedings, including jury selection on the morning of January 17, will take place in the new facility.
