Baptist Health Care has named Francine Ebert, MSN, R.N., as the new executive director of critical care nursing.
Ebert earned her Master of Science in Nursing Leadership from Capella University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, NC where she double majored in nursing and psychology.
Ebert comes to Baptist Health Care with more than 20 years of critical care experience including 15 years of critical care leadership experience. She served as a corpsman in the United States Navy and as a registered nurse in the Navy reserves. Ebert has served in leadership roles at Creighton University Medical Center, Wake Forest University and Nebraska Medicine where she had oversight of seven critical care specialty areas.
She recently moved to the Pensacola area from Nebraska and looks forward to calling the Gulf Coast home as she helps to serve patients in Northwest Florida.
