Evolve Townhomes and Lofts will encompass 318 units containing 362,700 square feet. This project will feature 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom units. The development will include a combination of luxury apartments and townhomes, with a total of 591 beds, 540 baths and 210 half-baths. In addition to the 318 units, the amenities include a fitness center, swimming pool, playground, outdoor barbecue/grilling stations and a car wash station.
